Fort Worth, TX (September 27, 2018) — Ulterra is proud to announce their local sponsorship of the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl (LMAFB) that will include being the title sponsor of the LMAFB’s Tailgate Outpost.
We warmly invite the public to join us at the Ulterra Tailgate Outpost for pre-game celebrations showcasing armed forces hardware, beer garden, food trucks, and more.
“We are excited to help kick off the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl this year,” said Breann Burke, Director of HR. “And we hope to make this tailgate a place for active duty military, veterans, and fans to come together and have a good time.”
The Ulterra Tailgate Outpost will be highlighted by a pre-game concert and pep rallies from both bowl teams. Inside the Ulterra Tailgate Outpost is the Veterans Village presented by the American Red Cross, which will consist of several dozen non-profit military organizations to help provide assistance to veterans.
The Ulterra Tailgate Outpost will be open on Saturday, December 22nd, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., located outside Amon G. Carter Stadium, Lot 3.
Donating Tickets to the Bowl
Each year, the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl provides thousands of complimentary tickets to past and current service members to attend the bowl game, along with their immediate family members. Ulterra is proud to announce that they will be joining other corporate sponsors to support this effort. These tickets can be requested, here.
About the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl:
The Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl is owned and operated by ESPN Events. Since 2006, this event has featured an “armed forces,” theme to help recognize all five branches of military service. This year, the LMAFB is scheduled to feature the Big 12 Conference versus the American Athletic Conference. The bowl is held in Fort Worth, TX at TCU’s Amon G. Carter Stadium on Saturday, December 22nd with a 2:30 p.m. kickoff. Tickets for the game are available for purchase at armedforcesbowl.com.
