Ulterra is pleased to announce that we have recently entered into an agreement with National Energy Services Reunited Corp. (“NESR”) (NASDAQ:NESR) (NASDAQ:NESRW), a national, industry-leading provider of integrated energy services in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Asia regions. This agreement states that NESR will deploy and use Ulterra’s PDC bits across various countries in the MENA and Asia regions.
